To help break the cycle, perform the self-soothing exercise to calm the cravings and emotions that are triggering your brain. For best results follow the instructions below.
Perform the exercise in a quiet place, free from disturbances.
Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor, hands on the thighs, palms down.
