Your Morning Rescue is composed of two exercises: BrightLife Body Rescue, a simple sequence of yoga postures to connect body, breath, and mind; and BrightLife Mind Rescue, a brain-training exercise that will help you teach your brain to uncover more positivity and gratitude in your life.
Together, these two simple but powerful exercises will help infuse your days with more calm, focus, and happiness.
