  • Sit upright on the first three inches of a firm chair.

  • Start the video (works best with earbuds).

  • Focus completely, refusing to be distracted.

Tips for success:

  • Ensure you're in a quiet space free from distractions.

  • Lie down on your back making sure you are completely comfortable.

  • Close your eyes and follow the instructions (works best with earbuds).

  • Focus completely & remain awake.
