Your Evening Rescue is composed of two exercises: BrightLife Spirit Rescue, an ancient guided yoga meditation technique; and the evening portion of the BrightLife Mind Rescue brain-training journal.
These tow two exercises taken together will help you to find more ease, get better sleep, and restore balance throughout your body and mind.
