THE BOOTSTRAP METHOD

Our proven six-week curriculum and process of investigation dispenses critical insights regarding the hidden workings of mind, emotions, and addictive patterns to empower you to manage and overcome the forces that fuel addiction.

It is a mind-body skills course creating greater mastery over both mind and emotions to aid in the process of addiction recovery. As such, it is recommended that for best results, BOOTSTRAP be used in conjunction with, or after graduation from, a licensed, reputable addiction treatment facility.
BOOTSTRAP is suitable for anyone independent of physical fitness level.
No prior yoga experience is required.
